At uTechies, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please read the following Refund and Return Policy to understand our terms for returns, exchanges, and warranties.

1. 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day return or exchange period from the date of purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 7 days—no questions asked. The item must be in its original condition with all accessories and packaging.

Return and Exchange Process

  • Contact our customer support team within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • Upon approval, ship the laptop back to us with all original accessories and packaging.
  • Once the return is received and inspected, we will initiate the refund or exchange process.

Note: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Any shipping costs associated with returns are non-refundable.

2. 90-Day Warranty

All refurbished laptops sold by uTechies come with a 90-day warranty starting from the date of purchase. This warranty is divided into two parts:

  • 30-Day Hardware Warranty: Covers any hardware defects or malfunctions. If any hardware issues arise within the first 30 days, we will repair or replace the laptop at no additional cost.

  • 60-Day Software Warranty: Covers any software-related issues that may arise during the initial 60 days of ownership. We will provide software support or repairs as needed within this period.

Warranty Limitations

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect.
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
  • Software or hardware additions made by the customer after purchase.
